During pre-season, Team 691 has made efforts to reach out to the FIRST community by volunteering and even hosting a FLL event. Some of our team members stepped up as mentors for local FLL teams, and were able to see their teams grow over the course of the season. As a team we feel it is important to instill an interest in science and technology in the youth, so naturally volunteering as much as we could just seemed like the way to go.
We are thankful for the opportunity to demo our 2009 robot at the LA FLL Championship this past December, and have made a video with the footage gathered through out that day. Click the link below and enjoy!
